The purpose of reflection is to recount on what you have learned and to further develop yourself through self-awareness. The purpose of this e-portfolio is two-pronged: (1) serve as an expansion of my resume, but most importantly, (2) serve as a personal reflection project to recount on my undergraduate experience as it was nurtured by the Blue Hen Leadership Program.

Developing this e-portfolio was deeply personal, therefore an extension of myself. I value learning about people and engaging with other people past social niceties has allowed me to learn how to slow down and take the time to enjoy life. This e-portfolio is a reminder that I am capable of success, I am capable of growth, and I am capable to inspire.
