Compassion
Compassion can be defined as the empathetic understanding of a person's feelings, accompanied by altruism, or a desire to act on that person's behalf. Although Orange is my top True Color, Blue is one point away. The True Color Blue emphasizes on emotions and taking care of people. Not only that, in Myers-Briggs, I consistently score the ENFJ type. In Jungian Cognitive Function theory, ENFJs lead with the cognitive function of Extraverted Feeling (Fe), which is a judging function characterized by an individual heavily making judgments and decisions based on people, social dynamics, and emotional implications. Through my predisposition to lead with my heart, my compassion guides me to go the extra mile in my commitments as a Peer Mentor, a Community Member, and as a Leader.
